Get Strong
Research shows that strength training is an important piece of weight loss and maintaining muscle mass as you age. Your sessions will be crafted just for you and your goals and fitness level.
Circuit Classes
Circuit classes are a fun way to get a workout in. Each 30-minute, small group session is packed with strengthening moves, personal instruction and fun! Registration is encouraged but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
